The Maryville R-II Board of Education approved a separation agreement from Superintendent Logan Lightfoot on Wednesday starting at the end of the school year, according to the Maryville Forum. Board president Josh McKim said the vote was unanimous but did not provide a reason for the separation except to reiterate that it did not have to do with the safety of students or staff.
