Chamber presents Farm-City awards

The Greater Maryville Chamber of Commerce presented eight awards at its 63rd annual Farm-City Banquet held earlier this month, according to the Maryville Forum. Awards included Outstanding Farm Advocate presented to State Representatives Jeff Farman, the Frank Felton Outstanding Farm Youth presented to Hadley Cline and a Century Farm award given to Madden Farms.

FCS provides loans, leases and other related services. The nomination form said FCS Financial employees are eager to volunteer for committees and groups that advocate for the area and for agriculture.

    The Nodaway Chorale announced Jaci Elston and Kate Wright, both graduating seniors from Maryville R-II School District, as the recipients of the 2025 Scholarship Awards.
