    The Greater Maryville Chamber of Commerce presented eight awards at its 63rd annual Farm-City Banquet held earlier this month, according to the Maryville Forum. Awards included Outstanding Farm Advocate presented to State Representatives Jeff Farman, the Frank Felton Outstanding Farm Youth presented to Hadley Cline and a Century Farm award given to Madden Farms.

    Buchanan County officials are reassessing real estate appraisal values for 2025, according to News-Press Now. Residents who see an increase in their assessed value will receive a letter in the mail about any changes in the beginning of May.
